If you want to make a sweet dish in less than 20 mins here is the recipe of my signature coffee delight. It tastes amazing and one dish serves almost 6-7 person. You can also make them separately in bowls or cups.
Ingredients
- 1Lit Milk.
- Custard powder or cornflour
- Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Whipped or Fresh Cream
- Coffee and Coco powder
- Biscoff or Candy Biscuits
- Melted butter 2 tsp
Method
- Boil the milk and add cornflour or custard powder.
- Stirr constantly for smooth texture.
- Add sugar and vanilla essence
- Add coco powder and coffee
- Turn off the flame amd let it cool
- Once cooled down add fresh cream and beat constantly with hand beater.
- Crush the biscuits add melt butter in it and put one layer of crushed biscuits in the dish
- Add the cooled mixturr on it.
- Make a design with cream and crushed biscuits on the dish or bowls.
My Experience
This is my signature coffee delight. Apart from this u make mago delivght strawberry delight with same ingred but change the main ingredient with the fruits. It turns out so good and everyone loves it especially the kids. You can make it for tea parties and for post dinner sweets or to send to someones home as good gesture.
