Customer: "Hi Pete, can you do me one of those TEAMS/Webcamb solutions like you did before?"
Me: "Sure. Do you want me to provide the TV or have you already got one?"
Customer: "I think we'll get one if that's OK with you?"
Me: "Sure. Obviously I'd like to supply it but it's entirely up to you."
Customer: "We'll get one."
Me: "Is this at the same location or another site?"
Customer: "No, it'll be here."
Me: "Umm? OK."
Three days later
Me: "Hi, your equipment is in but before we come down and install is there a PC by the TV?"
Customer: "Doe's it have to be a computer? Can we use a Laptop?"
Me: "Sure. Doe's it have an HDMI port? And how far away from the TV will it be? The reason I ask is that will determine the length of cables."
Customer: "It's academic."
Me: "Sorry, what do you mean, academic?"
Customer: "The building isn't built yet."
Me: "What? We can't install then?"
Customer: "No, probably not till the end of April."
