Hello, foodies!
Today i would like to share one of our food experience, but it was of course before my teeth removal surgery and this chicken pox attacked me.
The bakery where we ate was a legendary one, the name was Holland Bakery. It had many branches and also famous since 1978. One of the branch where we went was located on Ground Floor Thamrin City, Central Jakarta.
The outlet was not large but never had no customer. It was easy to find cause it was located near the lobby, next to the information.
It had many kind of bread, cake and pattiserries inside.
The outlet was not large so it also had limited tables and chairs for the customers.
What we bought
We ate there the fruit soes. It was so fresh and delicious with whipped cream and fruit toppings. You could eat it in two different ways, first like my mom. Just eat it with the topping on the top.
Or you could try my way, i moved the half part which they cut and put in the bottom of soes to the top. So the topping would be inside.
We also bought the yellow piece cake called bika ambon, it was so tasty, a bit chewy and sweet. and also bread, mine was 3 combination of flavor (milk cheese, cheese and chocolate) while mom was cheese. The bread was soft and tasty.
The price for all of this was 51,000 IDR or around 3.65 USD.
