Hello, friends especially foodies!
Today mom and i went to the nearest plalza which was still under renovation this time. They renovated the plaza almost totally, that was why it took much time, no wonder because it is one of the oldest plaza here (opened since 1982). We went there because mom craved for something (we had it for lunch and don't worry because i will share it to you soon, now let me tell you about the takeaway we had bought there.... we needed to buy it before we bought groceries, it was because we would miss the fried tasty takeaway if we came there late.. so what was the takeaway we bought? Let's check it out!
It was still around 1 pm when we reached the food stall which was located on the LG floor, not far from the supermarket.
The stall was small and that time no other customers except us.
The stall mostly sold fried snacks such as they wrote on their menu such as pastel, 3 kind of risol (veggie, beef or ragout), egg croquette, spring roll and also fried banana. They also sold arem-arem, indonesian authentic snack which was wrapped with banana leaves. But from the menu they wrote, you also needed to see their stall to know what kind of snack which were available. I could see that they only had fried bananas, risol and also arem-arem today...
We then asked the takeaway snacks we wanted and paid. It costed us 28K or just around 1.9 USD for 4 pcs of snacks we bought... could you know what we bought?
The clue could come from this price and also what the seller put in the box.
Ta da, you are right, our takeaway snacks were fried bananas. We bought all that the seller had, only 4 pieces left that time!
It was super tasty with sweet flavour. Outside skin were crispy but not hard in vanilla sweet smell. Inside were fresh sweet banana, whole... it was exactly what we wanted, the taste was so perfect that you should try it. And, one thing for sure it also one of vegan friendly snack choice!
Do you also have this kind of fried takeaway in your country too?
Thanks for having my article, if you enjoy it reblog and follow me for more CRAFT things!
The photos were taken with my A52 samsung with no filters.
