La vida del emprendedor no es tan f谩cil y m谩s cuando me toca hacer delivery sin tener carro.
Happy night, friends of Be Entrepreneur, and tonight I want to share with you that today I had to go to the center of the island to deliver a cake, and this delivery was a bit complicated. It was raining today, the cake was quite high and I couldn't cover the box, and the car I was riding in slammed on its brakes and the cake moved, but it wasn't damaged. The life of an entrepreneur isn't that easy, and even more so when I have to make deliveries without a car.
Comienzo por hornear un d铆a antes, lo ideal es hacer la torta en dos o m谩s moldes esto va a ayudar a que la mezcla crezca m谩s y nos ayudar谩 a tener una torta m谩s alta.

Para rellenar la torta prepare una crema de mantequilla de chocolate que debo decir que qued贸 deliciosa, al tomar esta foto me di cuenta de lo agradecida que estoy con la vida por tener esta batidora que siento me cost贸 tanto tener y me hace tan feliz. Tambi茅n record茅 mis inicios cuando algunas veces tuve que pedir una batidora prestada para poder hacer mis tortas.
To fill the cake, I made a chocolate buttercream that I must say was delicious. Taking this photo made me realize how grateful I am for this mixer, which I feel cost me so much and makes me so happy. It also reminded me of my early days, when I sometimes had to borrow a mixer to make my cakes.
Me toc贸 hacer unas figuras con chocolate blanco y preparar merengue italiano, pens茅 que ser铆a bastante f谩cil pues iba a hacer toda la torta blanca y con atomizador le iba a colocar el color azul, pero cuando agregue el color azul al atomizador este no funcionaba y de boto todo el color en el piso.
I had to make some figures with white chocolate and prepare Italian meringue. I thought it would be quite easy since I was going to make the entire cake white and use a spray bottle to add blue color, but when I added the blue color to the spray bottle, it didn't work and all the color spilled onto the floor.
Pero el resultado final fue hermoso, tome algunas fotos para subir a mi Instagram y tambi茅n pece la torta para que la clienta tuviera una idea de el tama帽o de la torta, la coloque en la caja y la torta qued贸 bastante alta pero no pude cerrar la caja.
But the end result was beautiful, I took some photos to upload to my Instagram and also cut the cake so the client would have an idea of the size of the cake, I placed it in the box and the cake was quite tall but I couldn't close the box.

Solo que no sab铆a que al final del d铆a iba a compartir con ustedes que casi se da帽a la torta y es que yo iba en un carro a hacer la entrega de esta torta y el se帽or que iba conduciendo fue muy r谩pido y la torta se rodo y se da帽贸 un poco y es que est谩 vez tambi茅n se me olvid贸 agregar la glucosa y es que con esto pego mejor mi torta a la base, por lo menos la clienta entendi贸 y estuvo feliz con su torta.
Only I didn't know that at the end of the day I was going to share with you that the cake was almost damaged. I was in a car delivering this cake and the man who was driving was very fast and the cake rolled and was damaged a little. This time I also forgot to add the glucose and with this my cake stuck better to the base. At least the client understood and was happy with her cake.
