Feliz inicio de semana amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de una deliciosa salsa de atún con coliflor. Quedó realmente deliciosa y probé una pasta integral que me encantó.
Happy start to the week friends of Foodies Bee Hive, today I want to share with you the step by step of a delicious cauliflower tuna sauce. It was really delicious and I tried a whole wheat pasta that I loved.
Para preparar está salsa necesitamos:
- 1 coliflor.
- 1 tomate.
- 1 cebolla.
- 1/2 pimentón.
- 2 ajíes.
- ajo.
- 1 lata de atún.
- 5 cucharadas de pasta de tomate.
- sal.
- pasta integral.
To prepare this sauce we need:
- 1 cauliflower.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 onion.
- 1/2 paprika.
- 2 peppers.
- Garlic.
- 1 can of tuna.
- 5 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Salt.

Comencé cocinando la pasta integral.
I started by cooking the whole wheat pasta.
Por otro lado cortamos la cebolla, el pimentón, los ajies y el ajo. Los agregamos en un sartén caliente con un poquito de aceite.
On the other hand, cut the onion, paprika, peppers and garlic. Add them to a hot pan with a little oil.
Luego de que cocinamos un poco los vegetales agregamos el coliflor que cortamos en pedazos más pequeños.
After we cook the vegetables a little we add the cauliflower that we cut into smaller pieces.
Una vez que el coliflor este cocido agregamos el atún y un poco de sal. Dejamos cocinar más.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, add the tuna and a little salt. Let's cook more.
Ahora vamos a colocar la pasta de tomate y mezclamos bien.
Now we are going to place the tomato paste and mix well.
Agregamos un poco más de agua, y así dejamos que se haga la salsa.

Aquí ya tenemos la pasta y agregamos la salsa de atún y coliflor y mezclamos bien para que toda la pasta tenga salsa.
