En esta ocasión quiero hablar un poco de un nuevo producto que estoy usando para colocar mis tortas y es una base mucho más firme, y es que muchas veces las tortas son pesadas y está base ayuda a no tener problemas con nuestras tortas y es ideal para darle un toque más sofisticado a las tortas. For some time now I have wanted to incorporate this base into my cakes and I was finally able to do it. They are small achievements that for us entrepreneurs are big steps.

Tenía un pedido para el sábado así que fui a mi lugar favorito y es la tienda de repostería dónde encuentro todo lo que necesito para mis tortas y estuve viendo todo un poco ya que siempre hay mucha variedad de especias. También muchos colorantes y brillantina entre las demás cosas que podemos encontrar en esta tienda. Siempre que voy quiero comprar muchas cosas y estoy segura que por aquí si hay más reposteras sentirán lo mismo que yo que siempre queremos comprar muchas cosas y por eso siempre hago una lista para comprar solo lo necesario.

Also many dyes and glitter among the other things that we can find in this store. Every time I go I want to buy a lot of things and I am sure that if there are more bakers around here they will feel the same as me that we always want to buy a lot of things and that is why I always make a list to buy only what is necessary.

Y mientras iba viendo algunas cosas en la tienda encontré las bases que quiero agregar a mis tortas y se que quedarán mucho mejor, y me encanta que las tengan en exhibición y así podemos ver mejor el tamaño y saber cuál es la base que necesitaremos para nuestras tortas. Y compré uno solo para probar que tal me iba y aquí tome una foto y se la envié a la clienta para que viera dónde iba a montar la torta y la verdad es que le gustó. Yo la verdad estaba muy emocionada por esta base y les digo la verdad es que quiero comprar varias y tenerlas para cuando me encarguen alguna torta. Está base la verdad no sé muy bien cuál es su material pero es firme y me encanta porque las bases doradas dónde normalmente coloco las tortas si son muy pesadas se pueden dañar.
