One of my big dreams is to have a pastry shop, this way be small. But since I discovered this one fascinate your world of the confectionary I do not stop thinking about it. The art of the confectionary is very big, I think that it is never stopped learning always it is possible to continue learning and improving all the learned technologies.
This dream for the moments is it, only a dream. The situation of the country is not the best to have a position where the principal thing is the food, since this one itself is very difficult to find and in addition I do not possess the necessary resources to materialize this dream.
To have a pastry shop is only to do cakes and already! They must be fulfilled by many requirements and have money and time to invest, it is necessary to buy many things. If only to buy a mixer of good quality in this country costs approximately 20.000.00 bs, and all the work that would give to buy a sack of flour or one of sugar.
But I expect in not such a distant future to be able to crystallize this dream and to have a small place where it could sell everything what I have learned to do and to do it with so much love.
