NFTs are electronic certificates of ownership of digital properties that are stored on immutable ledger networks and no, they are not edible in general unless you sell them and take your money to buy food.
That is true in most cases of NFTs, but probably not so for the following NFTs of three projects in Taiwan. Yes, they are all edible because what they represent are ... food.

As you can see, this project claims to be "The first Taiwanese fried chicken shop of NFT in the world". I think they can omit Taiwanese and claim to be the first fried chicken shop of NFT in the world.
Shiyun is a very famous and old fried chicken store in Taipei so I was very surprise to see them get involved in this trendy geeky NFT business. Oursong is a blockchain for NFT developed by a Taiwan team and you can see now that this SY fried chicken NFTs have developed many items and each of them looks sooooooooo delicious! But still, personally I will just go and pay cash to buy their products - why bother buying NFTs if you just want to eat? 😂 For collection purpose maybe.
