International Coffee Day // And why do you like coffee so much?

Hello friends of this wonderful community, to celebrate International Coffee Day I would like to write as a reflection, why do I like coffee so much? And it is true that all my life I have wondered, maybe it is because it is my companion every morning, for its flavor and aroma or because at home I got used to drink it, well it is a matter of knowing, what I do know is that coffee accompanied me in the saddest day of my life, where I had to get up with a lot of energy, because of coffee I had to stay on my feet and with a lot of energy. It is also an ally in family gatherings, with friends, and even in our professional and work life, since it unites us as a family. Coffee is and always will be an antidote for the soul, to heal and to move forward.

Coffee has accompanied me since I was little and after tasting it, I have not been able to take it away and it is not because I can not, but because I love what it makes me feel when I take a sip, coffee is magical, really, because when I drink it inspires me, gives me energy and helps me to materialize my ideas. I always remember in my childhood when my mother used to prepare it at home every morning since it is almost our breakfast, some prefer it lighter and others darker, but its flavor is always maintained despite the time, it also goes in the quality of the coffee that you buy, although I prefer the artisanal ones, those that come directly from the bean since it is a way of making our roots known.

I remember once when I woke up without coffee at home, I wanted to go crazy, I was just waiting for a store to open where I could buy my coffee or maybe ask a trusted neighbor if she could give me some coffee, so since that day I learned that it is the first thing I should buy when I go shopping at the market, At this moment that I am writing it comes to my mind when here in Venezuela there was a time of shortage of this product and I was looking for a way to buy good coffee because many people cheated by adding corn and that lost the flavor. I also went to Caripe because I have a friend who sells good coffee.

Saying all this I realize that I love coffee because of its flavor, its aroma that surrounds me, because it gives me energy, because it accompanies me in the saddest and happiest days, it invites me to meet with friends, because it makes me strengthen the bonds of love, because it was my best companion when I was studying, because of the variety of coffee and because it produces positive effects in the organism, these are my reasons why I love coffee.

Coffee is the main ingredient of our relationships, of our triumphs and even of our defeats, since it is always with us in every moment of life, whether it is of the type I just mentioned. For me coffee is the best thing that has happened in my life, it helps me to drain, to think and to rest, that's why it is the first thing I do at home when I wake up to be up and with lots of energy, it is also the right thing to share with a visitor at home. For this day it is important to commemorate our coffee, explaining what we like and want from it, we hope you also have the same passion for coffee.
