Hola familia vegana, hoy les traigo unos deliciosos ñoquis de patata. Es un plato muy sencillo de preparar y muy nutritivo, este plato va acompañado de una deliciosa salsa de tomate y algo muy importante que lleva pocos ingredientes.
Los ñoquis son una comida italiana, aprendí a hacerlos hace mucho tiempo a través de una revista de cocina que tengo en casa, me gusta inventar y preparar nuevos platos que sean deliciosos y este es uno de ellos. Espero que os gusten. Aquí les dejo mi paso a paso de estos deliciosos ñoquis de patata.
Hello vegan family, today I bring you some delicious potato gnocchi. It is a very simple dish to prepare and very nutritious, this dish is accompanied with a delicious tomato sauce and a very important thing that takes few ingredients.
The gnocchi is an Italian food, I learned to make it a long time ago through a cooking magazine that I have at home, I like to invent and prepare new dishes that are delicious and this is one of them. I hope you like them. Here is my step by step of these delicious potato gnocchi.
For the realization of this recipe:
- The first thing we do is to place a pot with water on the stove over high heat and then add the potatoes previously washed and let them cook until they are soft.
- After 45 minutes we check the potatoes and introduce a fork to see if they are already soft, once ready we take them out and place them on a plate and remove the skin.
- Now we mash the potatoes very well with the help of a fork, then we add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of wheat flour and with very clean hands we integrate everything.
- Then add another little wheat flour on the table and pour the dough there, add a little olive oil and add the flour again without kneading just integrating if we see that the dough sticks to the table continue adding flour until the dough does not stick.
- Now we separate the dough and then we make a long strip and we cut small pieces of about 2 cm until the strip is finished.
- Now we take a small piece of the dough we flour it and with the help of a fork we form the gnocchi pressing a little and turning to give the shape of the gnocchi, then we place them in a bowl and continue cutting until we finish the strips.
- Now we place a pot with enough water on the stove and add a teaspoon of salt and when it is boiling we add a little gnocchi and when it rises to the surface we take it out and place it in a bowl and we add oil at the same time until everything is cooked.
- We already have all the gnocchi ready.
Preparation of the sauce
- Place a pot with water on high heat, then place the tomatoes with the paprika to cook and when it is ready, remove it and place it in a blender to grind them.
- Then place a pot on the stove and place a strainer to add the tomato mixture, then add salt, oregano and dried basil and let it boil for 1 minute to integrate the flavors. After one minute this sauce is ready.

- Now add the sauce on top of the gnocchi.
