I've been having some issue with my health lately, I did much research since I do not wanna go hospital, regardless of what reason(you knew it, it's the damn virus and the medical fee now is damn expensive). Research came back, most likely it's in my mind. Probably I'm going on depress right now since the lockdown had caused me too much trouble at work, and family pressure. So I decided to take a step back, to cut down on blogging, sleep earlier and eat decently instead. I wouldn't know good or bad, but I will cut down on my favorite KFC as I promised to myself.
Usually, I'll get the Tesco brand oat, but due to lockdown, and I'm too lazy to go queue up at the shopping mall, so I got myself a pack of instant oat from the sundry shop near by my hosue. 8.5 bucks for half a kilogram of instant oat. Not bad at all.
This will be my temporary breakfast substitute. I will try to skip my breakfast and replace with this. According to those online articles, this way I can maintain my blood sugar level. If I totally skip breakfast, I will be running low sugar, and I will get a spike later during lunch. So, it will be an easy control.
So, here we go. I don't know how long can I sustain doing this. May be I'll drop out very soon, but let's try to be healthy at least. If I don't even try, I won't even get started and it will still be fast food.
Went out bought lunch for the family. Got this bowl of bitter gourd noodle soup for home minister. I thought it smells good, but home minister said she doesn't quite like it. Oh well, can't please everyone, or can they?
Got myself a bowl of egg porridge. I know I know, nutrition, but I'm just not into that mood. Work has been pretty darn hectic and bowl of porridge seems to be the easiest lunch for me so I can continue to work on my workstation.
Bought a Bento for the girl, since she's very much into Japanese culture. Anyway, she said it doesn't taste as good as it looks. So, no more next time.
I actually got this pizza bun for the boy, but later he rejected it due to those idiots from the bakery shop put spicy chili sauce into it.
Ok don't laugh. I just can't say no when I see a durian truck by the road side. Went and bought these from the durian truck and dude it is expensive nowadays! These two fruit already cost me 93 bucks!
Dinner was a small pot of overcooked asparagus, some pan seared fish, and a small pot of sweet and sour pork. That pretty much conclude the day.
Oh and I also started to do some simple exercises. I will try to get out and snap more photo out there.
