She got a little mark under her left eye. A wound from a recent fight. I heard a high pitched cat screaming sound. I wasn't sure if it was my cat or the other cat.
So I went out to the backyard at night and they are fighting under the deck. They had a few bouts then I seen the other cat run with my cat chasing it out.
Well, my cat doesn't like it when other cats come into the backyard. I think, she thinks that she owns the backyard and any cat coming into the backyard must be fought.
I seen my cat fight even cats larger than her. I think even wounds from the other cats makes her even more mad and she seems to go into a rage.
Like the adrenaline carries on and even when the other cat is now gone she has to have her cool off time. Yes, she keeps her mad look after a fight for a bit.
Nope I know that look and won't pet her at all until she calms down. Yes, I have gotten scratched pretty good one time petting her when she was still worked up after a fight. I kind of feel sorry for the other cat and the other cats just wanted to relax in my backyard.
I remember a cat with mostly white fur come around and the next day I notice all kinds of little bunches of white fur on the grass. So I guess they had been fighting. I never noticed little bunches of my cat's fur on the grass.
Of course one day a better fighter than my cat may come into my backyard. So far that hasn't happened.
Well, I really don't like it that my cat fights, but it is better than her coming back to me all beat up.
There were sometimes that I may just call in my cat and give her treats before she notices a cat in the backyard or I may just chase away the cat that came into the backyard before a fight happens.
Let's end with a scripture, Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 1 Corinthians 12:3.
