I just want to share to you our favorite street food in the Philippines, the Balot. This is a developing bird embryo and usually a duck that is boiled and eaten from the shell. It incubate for 14 to 21 days depending on culture and then boiled.
It may look unusual food we eat but this is very rich of high nutrients and vitamins. You can eat with salt and spicy vinegar. All Filipino knows about this and other foreign people who've tried this. And now it is sale on different country with most of Filipinos are stay'in.
Really, it's very delicious..
