Mum cooked this dish which is her own recipe and I don't find it elsewhere.

It's pork slices cooked with 'tau pok' which is a fried airy version of tofu. It's soaks up gravy very well like mushrooms. There's also tomatoes, onions, garlic, a cinnamon stick, and some soy sauce. An unlikely combination but i taste good.

The tomatoes and onions give it a natural sweetness and the soy sauce the savoury taste. The cinnamon is what makes the whole dish a unique one giving it a distinctive flavor profile.

So there's no specific special name to this dish. What would you call it? Or is there a dish like this where you're from that has a name?
