There's nothing quite like preparing a delicious meal for the ones you love. Today, I had the pleasure of cooking up two mouth-watering dishes for my family - Black Miso Ribeye Beef Stir Fry and Pan Fried Sardines.

The Black Miso Ribeye Beef Stir Fry was a real winner! Marinating tender slices of ribeye in a savory black miso sauce, and as usual I add in an egg white and corn flour to tenderise the beef.

On the other hand, the Pan Fried Sardines are now my go-to oily fish. Often overlooked due to their small size, these tiny fish packed a punch with their tender meat and crispy skin, not to mention inexpensive and a good source of magnesium and calsium.

Cooking for my family is more than just about feeding them; it's about sharing love and creating memories that will last a lifetime. I may cook simple dishes but during this period of my life where my kids are growing up, I'm glad and thankful to be able to cook for the family and us all eating lunch together everyday.

What homecooked meal did you prepare for your loved ones today?
