I have been sharing with everyone how my partner loves playing basketball. Beyond representing our barangay in the Mayor's Cup 2026, he is also an active basketball player in our community. Recently, in the officials' basketball league, his team won the championship, earning him another medal and trophy. The awards night was held in the covered court, and all the teams went up to receive their awards and enjoy the party planned for them.

Like I said earlier, my partner's team won the championship in their division. The players were told to go up to the stage to receive their trophy, and my partner was one of them, standing proudly and flashing a smile in front.

After the winning team was announced, the individual awards were given. My partner was part of the Mythical 5 and Mythical 10, where he got two medals.

Of course, everyone was waiting for the Finals and Season MVP announcements. As someone who watched the season, I knew my partner would receive these awards, yet hearing it from the announcer himself still felt more exciting. As my partner's name was called, I was really proud and went to take a picture of him as he received the trophy.

As the night went on, several players wanted to take pictures with my partner and me, and I happily took them. Of course, I will not forget getting a photo with him as his number one fan.

The loud music started playing, everyone was dancing, and I could see my partner happy bonding with his teammates. I asked him if we could take more pictures. After getting all those photos I could keep, my heart felt so happy seeing my partner get credit for being a great basketball player in our community. I am so proud of him, as always.
