Hola amigos de mi linda comúnidad de hive food un gusto saludarlos hoy no traigo ninguna receta pero si vengo hablar un poco de este platillo que muchos aman y que yo no tanto , no soy muy amante del sushi a pesar que mucha gente lo considera su comida favorita, como dice el título la tercera es la vencida pues ya en dos ocasiones diferentes intente comer este platillo pero no me pasaba y créanme que probé varios probé en tempura, de pollo de salmón con plátano la verdad una infinidad de combinaciones que ofrecen los lugares de que venden sushi pero ninguno me había gustado, aprovechando que ayer fue el día del amor y la amistad yo invite almorzar a mi mejor amiga @denissemata y pues su platillo favorito es el sushi y quería darle gusto yo tenía la opción de pedir otra cosa de algún otro lugar pero le dije que quería volver a intentarlo pues yo soy una persona con un amplio paladar que come casi absolutamente todo y siempre está dispuesta a probar cosas nuevas y pues le dije vamos a comer sushi le quiero dar una tercera oportunidad pues no hay tercero que no venga mal jajaja

Hello friends of my beautiful community of hive food, a pleasure to greet you today I do not bring any recipe but if I come to talk a little about this dish that many love and that I do not so much, I am not a lover of sushi even though many people consider it their food favourite, as the title says the third time is the charm because on two different occasions I tried to eat this dish but it did not happen to me and believe me I tried several I tried tempura, from chicken to salmon with banana the truth is an infinity of Diversity that we find in places that they sell sushi but I had not liked any of them, taking advantage of the fact that yesterday was the day of love and friendship I invited my best friend @denissemata for lunch and because her favorite dish is sushi and I wanted to please her I had the option of ordering something else from somewhere else but I told him that I wanted to try again because I am a person with a wide palate who eats almost everything and is always willing to try new things and well, we are going to tell When I eat sushi I want to give it a third chance because there is no third that doesn't come in badly hahaha

El lugar al que fuimos se llama bonsai sushi es un lugar bastante conocido aquí en la isla de margarita me atrevo a decir que el mejor en cuanto sushi también ofrece una variedad de platillos no solamente sushi, tienen croquetas de pescado de cangrejo que he de acotar que las croquetas de cangrejo que ofrecen en este lugar son demasiado buenas , también tienen camarones en tempura y una gran variedad de entradas , ofrecen el famoso ramen que anteriormente ya lo comí con mi esposo en este lugar y me atrevo a decir que es el mejor que he comido hasta ahora en otra oportunidad comí ramen en otros restaurantes y en otro país y hasta ahora el mejor que comí fue el de este lugar , como les dije ya he venido varias veces a este lugar y muchas con mi esposo pues el ama el sushi y por el fue que intente probarlo anteriormente sin lograr que me gustara pero al punto de ni poder comer un solo roll, siempre comía algún platillo de arroz salteado o de ramen.

The place we went to is called bonsai sushi, it is a fairly well-known place here on the island of Margarita. The crab croquettes that they offer in this place are too good. They also have tempura shrimp and a great variety of starters. They offer the famous ramen that I previously ate with my husband in this place and I dare say that it is the best. I have eaten so far on another occasion I ate ramen in other restaurants and in another country and so far the best I ate was this place, as I told you I have already come to this place several times and many with my husband because he loves the sushi and that was why I tried to try it before without being able to like it but to the point of not even being able to eat a single roll, I always ate some stir-fried rice dish or ramen.

Bueno ya eran las 3pm y yo ya tenía bastante hambre así que le dije a mi amiga vamos a subir para ir ordenando, yo la verdad le dije a ella que escogiera pues yo en el pasado ya he probado varios y ninguno me gustó así que lo deje a su elección, lo que si pedí fueron unas croquetas de cangrejo ya que las amo son super ricas muy crocantes afuera y bastante suaves al centro vienen con una salsa muy rica con un toque de ajo bien interesante yo fácilmente podría solo comer croquetas jajjaa pero esto es solo una entrada.

Well it was already 3pm and I was already quite hungry so I told my friend we are going up to order, I really told her to choose because in the past I have tried several and I did not like any of them so I Leave it to your choice, what I did order were some crab croquettes since I love them, they are super delicious, very crunchy on the outside and quite soft in the center, they come with a very rich sauce with a touch of garlic, very interesting, I could easily only eat croquettes hahaha but this is just one input.

Mi amiga me aseguro que este sushi que ella iba a pedir si me iba a gustar ella ordenó el famoso DRAGON ROLL este contiene en el interior atún en tempura, queso crema , vegetales crocantes con aguacate y semillas de ajonjolí tostadas, con tope de salmón tempura, cebollín algas wakame e hilos de cangrejo crujiente, con salsa anguila y especial dragón que son las salsas de la casa , todo suena muy rico y huele muy rico pero de ahí a que me gustará era el gran paso .

My friend assured me that this sushi that she was going to order if I was going to like it, she ordered the famous DRAGON ROLL, it contains tempura tuna inside, cream cheese, crunchy vegetables with avocado and toasted sesame seeds, with Top with tempura salmon, wakame seaweed chives and crispy crab threads, with eel sauce and special dragon sauce, which are the house sauces.

Pues llegó el momento de la verdad y me dispuse a probarlo pueden ver mi cara de Diosito soy yo de nuevo 🤣 jajjajaja pues yo solo recordaba las dos experiencias anteriores donde el sabor me dio demásiada náusea, pero yo para alante sorprendentemente cuando lo probé me gustó contra todo pronóstico encontré un roll de sushi que me gustará que no tenía ese sabor tan fuerte de algas, la salsa estaba a otro nivel super rica son salsas especiales de la casa así que no sabíamos que contienen , el tope de salmón tempura fue mi parte favorita y la frescura que le dio el aguacate otro nivel .

Well, the moment of truth came and I got ready to try it, you can see my God face, it's me again 🤣 hahahahaha well I only remembered the two previous experiences where the taste made me feel too nauseated, but surprisingly I liked it when I tried it Against all odds I found a sushi roll that I would like that did not have that strong seaweed flavor, the sauce was on another level, super rich, they are special house sauces so we did not know what they contain, the tempura salmon top was my share favorite and the freshness that gave the avocado another level.

Sin dudas mi amiga dio con el roll que me gustó ya que lo que me molestaba antes era el sabor predominante del alga pero en este roll en especial no se sentía para nada este sabor y era muy sutil , a pesar de que me gusto y estaba rico solo pude comer 6 roll pues ya estaba muy llena y simplemente no podía más recuerden que había comido croquetas y también pedí un gran té frío de durazno, pero aquí lo importante es que al fin puedo acompañar a mis amigas y a mi prometido a comer su comida favorita, voy acotar que el sushi aún no entra en mis platos favoritos pero sin duda este en especial sabía muy bien y lo volvería a comer .

Undoubtedly, my friend found the roll that I liked since what bothered me before was the predominant flavor of the seaweed, but in this roll in particular, this flavor was not felt at all and it was very subtle, despite the fact that I liked it and was Yummy, I could only eat 6 rolls because I was already very full and I simply couldn't take it anymore. Remember that I had eaten croquettes and I also ordered a great cold peach tea, but the important thing here is that I can finally accompany my friends and my fiancé to eat their Favorite food, I am going to point out that sushi is not yet one of my favorite dishes, but without a doubt this one in particular tasted very good and I would eat it again.
