Hello friends! I hope you’re all doing great. Today, I want to share a homemade body scrub that has really helped make my skin much softer and lovelier. I usually buy scrubs for my face but often neglected my body—even though caring for the body is crucial for healthy, glowing skin. It’s best to use this scrub just once a week; since it’s natural, you should store it in the fridge, where it will keep for about two weeks. Beyond removing dead skin cells, it helps brighten the skin and leaves behind a delicious scent thanks to the red berries. Without further ado, here is the recipe and the measurements.

We are going to grind half a cup of raw white rice together with half a cup of oats in the blender—remember, the blender must be thoroughly clean—and once it is well ground, we will transfer it to a clean bowl.

We’re going to empty the contents of two red fruit tea bags into the rice and oat mixture, then add the baby oil and liquid soap. I didn't have body wash on hand this time, so I used a neutral intimate wash instead—using a slightly smaller amount—though a standard body wash is ideal. Mix everything thoroughly and transfer it to a container with a lid; store the mixture in the fridge, as it contains no preservatives and needs to be kept cool. This scrub smells delicious and leaves your skin incredibly soft. I recommend dampening your skin slightly before applying the scrub and massaging gently in circular motions; rinse well with plenty of water, and after your shower, moisturize with your favorite lotion.
