Hola amigos de hive el día de hoy estaba en casa de mi mamá y decidimos hacer un almuerzo para compartir , una rica pasta con un pollo guisado con vegetales, les comparto la receta .

Primero cortamos unos muslos de pollo y limpiamos muy bien .

Utilizamos papa , zanahoria, berenjena, tomate , ají, cebolla , pimentón , ajo y cilantro.

Cortamos la papa , la zanahoria y la berenjena y la pusimos a sofreír con el pollo le colocamos un toque de sal y comino .
