The city is dilapidated and destroyed because of the ongoing war against the monstrous creatures. A fleet of war tanks was sent to the known location of the giant ants with the goal to exterminate them for good.
While there's a raging war on the north side of the city, a strange girl is found wandering around the city without any sign of fear. She doesn't seem to be from this place and time. Armed with a binocular, she seem to be looking for something important. Without company, she is not safe from any danger lurking in the dark. There are several monstrous creatures that are hiding somewhere and waiting for prey to devour.
Her exploration of what's left of the city brought her to a place where a high concentration of energy is found. That's exactly what she's looking for! What is this thing that glows? Could this be a portal into another dimension? Could this be the gateway where the monstrous creatures came from?
