My HiveGrove Journey: All 10 Trees Have Reached the Young Level!
I have some good news to share with my fellow HiveGrove friends... all 10 of my trees have finally matured from seedlings into Young trees! π²πΈπ³
I started my HiveGrove journey on September 5, so it has been a little over a month since I planted my first trees. Looking back, I never thought that growing virtual trees could be this exciting, rewarding, and surprisingly satisfying. Somehow, watching a tiny digital seedling slowly develop into an actual tree gives me a real sense of achievement.
And now that every tree in my grove has reached the next maturity level, I thought this would be the perfect time to share an update about my progress.
Watching My Grove Finally Take Shape
One of the things that makes HiveGrove exciting for me is simply watching the trees grow.
When they were still seedlings, there wasn't really much to look at. They were tiny, and honestly, some of them looked a little underwhelming. But after patiently taking care of them every day, they finally developed trunks, branches, leaves, and the recognizable appearance of the trees they are supposed to become.
My Pine Trees are a good example. As seedlings, they didn't look particularly impressive. Now that they've reached the Young level, I can finally look at them and say, "Yep, those are definitely pine trees!" LOL.
But among all my trees, I think I'm most excited about my Cherry Blossoms.
They are already showing that beautiful Sakura vibe, and I really like how they look inside my grove. There is something about those pink blossoms that makes the entire grove feel more colorful. It almost feels like I've brought a little piece of Japan into HiveGrove. π
My Willow Trees and Maple Tree are developing nicely too, so I'm excited to see how different the grove will look once all of them reach their higher maturity stages.
The Rewards Are Growing Too!
Of course, the visual progress isn't the only exciting part.
Reaching the Young level also increased the base rewards generated by my trees by 20%.
When all 10 trees were still seedlings, they produced a combined base reward of 0.78 HIVE per day, excluding any bonus rewards.
Now that all of them have matured into Young trees, my daily base reward has increased to:
0.936 HIVE per day!
That may not sound like a massive difference at first, but this is only the second maturity level.
Just imagine what the rewards could look like when these trees eventually reach Level 5 maturity. That's one of the things motivating me to continue taking care of my grove every single day.
It reminds me of something I enjoy about Hive in general: small and consistent actions can eventually build into something much bigger over time. I've always enjoyed the idea of steadily growing something within the Hive ecosystem rather than expecting instant results. From Engagement to Growth with β¦
Why It Feels Like an Achievement
The biggest reason this milestone feels rewarding isn't actually the HIVE.
It's the effort behind it.
Since starting my journey, I've been checking my grove daily, watering my trees, using fertilizers, and applying pollen and nectar whenever possible to improve their growth rate and increase the chances of receiving bonus rewards.
Seeing the trees mature feels like proof that those small daily actions actually mattered.
And I definitely can't take all the credit.
I'm also very thankful to the HiveGrove community for watering my trees and helping speed up their growth. The level of cooperation I've experienced here has been one of my favorite parts of the game so far.
People water each other's trees, send gifts, share resources, and help fellow players progress. That community interaction makes HiveGrove feel like more than just another idle game.
It reminds me why I've always believed that engagement and genuine interaction are among Hive's greatest strengths. How Snaps, Waves, and Splinterlβ¦
Now the next chapter begins: getting these Young trees to their next maturity level.
There are still many days of watering, fertilizing, helping friends, and probably staring at growth bars ahead of me... π
But I'm enjoying every part of the journey.
Cheers to more growth, more rewards, and more beautiful groves for all of us.
HiveGrove on!!! π²πΈπ³
