Deciding on breakfast was a challenge, but my kids' special request inspired me to turn this Sunday into a "Creative Sunday" by preparing Makki Atta Chilla鈥攁 dish that's both delicious and healthy. Loaded with vegetables, it was a big hit with my husband and daughters. Here's the recipe for this wholesome delight:

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups maize flour (makki ka atta)
1 cup semolina (suji)
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp pink salt (or as per taste)
Vegetables (finely chopped):
1 Carrot
1 Onion
1 small piece Cabbage
1" Ginger piece
1/2 Capsicum
A generous amount of fresh coriander

Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water to create a thin, smooth batter. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
