Hey everyone. Do you brew your own beer?? What an awesome hobby it is. My recent brew is a somewhat experimental lager I brewed with 4kgs of Belgian Malt.

Below we have a hydrometer reading of 1068 OG original gravity which should give a whopping ABV level of atleast 8% a massively strong potentially tasty beer. Lager at that.

I recently purchased a new larger urn to make larger batches of beer and its working really nicely. More beer less work, the abv content these days is going up too with a simple add more yeast and sugar strategy.

The below pic was taken a few hours after decanting the wort into the fermenter but before actual fermentation took effect.

Lagers are cold ferment and cold condition beers .. they take a long time to make up to 12 weeks for some lagers but well worth the wait.
