A sweet day to all of you just like what I did today and have great day. I will share with you the chocolate ganache I made, it is usually cake toppings and it can also be used as a bread filling. And only few ingredients. Here's a list of ingredients to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
*Evaporated milk
*Sugar
*all purpose flour
*cocoa powder
*water.
RECIPE
*1cup evaporated milk
*1/2 cup sugar
*2tbsp water
*3tbsp cocoa powder
*tbsp all purpose flour
PROCEDURE
*In a pot or pan put first the milk, next is sugar, water, cocoa powder, all purpose and mix well in a very low flame.
- Mix and mix until thicken.
FINISH PRODUCT
NOTE: You can also mix in a mixing bowl before putting it in a pan or pot.
We often made this chocolate ganache as a bread filling especially we love chocolate. I told them why should we buy if we know how to make chocolate ganache. It's cheaper and more economical.
