Mongolian BBQ is one of my favorite types of food to enjoy, after a long days work. Some photos I took a while back and wanted to share them with you steps that go into this dish.
stir fried dish

Mongolian barbecue (Chinese: 蒙古烤肉; pinyin: Měnggǔ kǎoròu) is a stir fried dish that was developed by Wu Zhaonan in Taiwan in 1951. Meat and vegetables are cooked on large, round, solid iron griddles at temperatures of up to 300 °C (572 °F).

I do enjoy these wonderful delicacies. I did some editing on the images to make them pop nothing else.. I hope you enjoy the lighting and of course the placement.
I can see the big ass pan they use to cook this food it gets real hot and sweaty.

10/10 Good Food, good Vibes.
