@chiqui-sw y el día de hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento del día en el cual me concentre en los estaticos como el front y la plancha 🔥 acomode una de las minis encima de dos sillas para poder hacer el front lever y sus variaciones como el touch, preses, push up, fron lever a un brazo y practique un poco de sad de front, aparte en planchas hice algo de resistencia como flexiones normales y arqueras en barra y en piso, preses y maltesse activo y mejorando cada dia mas poco a poco 💪🔥.
