Hola y saludos amigos de la comunidad el día de hoy comparto con ustedes algunas imágenes de lo que fue mi entrenamiento del día de ayer donde no solamente tuve mi práctica en el parque si no también un buen entreno en un gimnasio cercano donde me enfoque mucho en el pecho, espalda y brazos en general con varias máquinas que se encuentran en el gimnasio, que cabe destacar que varias de las máquinas son fabricadas por el mismo dueño pero sin dejar afuera la calidad y seguridad de las mismas 💪 al gimnasio fui junto con mi hermano 
@jaziel-sw y un par de amigos más, al terminar fui a casa a descansar y alistarme para salir al parque y en eso comienza una lluvia fuerte pero no nos desmotivamos ya que en el parque las barras no se encharcan por ningún lado así que cuando terminó de llover me fui rumbo al venoil donde me encontré con 
@diego-333 que fue a entrenar plancha y grabar algunas tomas, yo aparte realice mis combinaciones dinámicas con sus 360, geinger y gigantes sin dejar atrás unos estáticos como full plancha y otros que en verdad no me gustaron mucho ya que cargaba fatigado el cuerpo ya del gimnasio pero se realizó el trabajo del día y se completó el entrenamiento 💪🔥.SWC

Hello and greetings friends of the community today I share with you some pictures of what was my training yesterday where I not only had my practice in the park but also a good workout in a nearby gym where I focus a lot on the chest, back and arms in general with several machines that are in the gym, which is noteworthy that several of the machines are manufactured by the same owner but without leaving out the quality and safety of the same 💪 to the gym I went along with my brother @jaziel-sw and a couple of friends more, when I finished I went home to rest and get ready to go out to the park and when it started to rain heavily but we didn't get discouraged because in the park the bars don't get waterlogged anywhere so when it finished raining I went to the venoil where I met up with @diego-333 who went to train plancha and record some shots, I also did my dynamic combinations with 360, geinger and giants without leaving behind some static ones like full plancha and others that I really didn't like much since I was already tired from the gym but the day's work was done and the workout was completed 💪🔥.SWC
