Lego, Kpopdance, Sungkai & My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2024
As I headed towards the study room, my young friend suddenly asked if he could fetch his Lego from his bedroom. I agreed, and he hurried off to return with his newest Lego set in hand. With excitement in his eyes, he asked if we could build it together. I couldn't resist his enthusiasm, so I agreed but I had terms.
Before setting the terms, I was curious about where he got the set and so I asked him, to which he replied with a shrug and an "I don't know." Fair enough, considering it might have been a gift from long ago that he only decided to tackle today.
And so, building the set would take quite a bit of time—probably spanning over several days of lessons. So, I explained to him that we could build it gradually, perhaps over the course of this week and the next. But I also emphasized that good behavior would be crucial. Misbehaving would mean less time for Lego or even postponing it until the next session.
He agreed to the terms, and so far, that's the progress we've made. Looks like it might take not just two, but three weeks to complete. Oh well, the journey is half the fun, isn't it?
After wrapping up my afternoon hustle, I headed straight to the Kpop fitness dance class. Arriving early, I took the opportunity to warm up by indulging in a bit of Tiktok ing It was quite entertaining, especially with a friend joining in the background with just a wave. LOL
After an intense hour of Kpopping, my housemate friend picked me up and we headed for dinner. I food fasted so I was totally starving. We decided to join our Muslim friends in Sungkai, their evening meal to break their fast during Ramadan. There were massive choices of food leaving me completely stuffed after. Of course, the grilled lamb was still my favourite, and the meal was perfectly rounded off with some delightful yogurt ice cream, blueberry and vanilla! It was a satisfying end to a hunger-filled day. Woooop!
