Making Thai red duck curry - sourced tre Chinese cooked duck yesterday. A simple task to make the dish - get red of the bones, chopped onion, garlic, capsicum, mange tout. The cheat is the red curry paste and coconut milk. Sweetness from canned lychees and cherry tomatoes
Simple dish which works well. Our guests were happy.
