FLOWER PUDING FLOWERS
Material
- blue coating
- 600 ml telang boiled water (cool)
- 5 tbsp sugar (75 gr)
- In order to be plain 2 tsp / half a pack
- Nutrijel plain 1 tsp
- white coating
- 600 ml thick coconut milk
- 5 tbsp sugar (75 gr)
- In order to be plain 2 tsp / half a pack
- Nutrijel plain 1 tsp
Way:
- Blue coating: stir all ingredients until blended. Cook over medium heat until boiling. While stirring, turn off the heat. Let the hot steam disappear. Ready to be printed.
- White layer: the same as the blue layer.
- Solution: pour into the mold in turn. According to taste
- Wait until the layer is set but it's not really hard. Just pour the next layer (if you wait it hard, it will not come off later)
- if while waiting ... the pudding paste thickens in the pan ... add 1 tablespoon water ... reheat while stirring. then it will melt again. ready to print again
- telang flowers can be replaced with rosella flowers .. pretty red hehehe
- Coconut milk can be substituted for milk (I prefer coconut milk.gurih hihihi)
