This beautiful tree will be blooming again soon, and I am going to walk all the way across town to enjoy it, maybe even shoot it again. One of my most favourite portrait shoots to date. It's not tack-sharp,

It took me a few hours today to realize that it is International Women's Day. Thanks, social media! I'm not super good at this woman stuff. Really it's true. I struggle to come up with meaningful ways

You guys. This is one of my faaaavourite shots of my little firstborn. I took it when I was living in Calgary and was experimenting with the idea of offering studio dog portraits. Helo and I had so much

Hi everyone! I haven't been on Steemit much lately. I think I have a case of the dreaded Steemit Burnout. It could be that the weather is warming up outside and I am doing a lot of painting so not feeling

Been forever since the last time I played with acrylics! I'm discovering new techniques and my spirit is soaring! my heart was beating like a drum as I painted this! Artists! How do you feel when you're

Hi everyone! I haven't been around here much this week... I've been in some kind of painting trance. Anywho, I thought I would share this shot for @jasonrussell's Portrait Photography Contest. This round,

I just thought you guys might enjoy watching my doggies share an apple. They do this every time I eat an apple. I eat the majority of it while they wait patiently, then they get to finish it off, taking

Hey everyone! Here's our second Kombucha tasting video! This time, my charming love @mstafford joins me on tasting the new flavours. The Banana vanilla flavour was actually super awesome. I just wish that

What is everybody getting up to this weekend? Happy Caturday! Missing my Miss Muggs big time today. @mstafford is still in bed right now, covered in dogs. I got squeezed out. We had a super fun night last

I'm not much of a sports photographer, skill-wise, besides a stint of a couple summers when I shot for the Kelowna Gymkhana Club. I actually really enjoy shooting sports if I have the right gear for it.

This is my best friend / step-cousin Amanda. I took this shot of her one beautiful fall day when she was up visiting from L.A. I'm always looking to add more portraits to my book, and she likes to have

OK you guys! I did it! I made a video! I figured it made more sense to just capture my immediate reactions to the flavours rather than trying to write about it. I kinda rushed through it though because
