This photo was taken in our house after my workout today early in the morning, my kind of weekend, my weekend routine, 1 hour running and jogging with warm up and stretching at the Baywalk in Thunderbird Resort, San Fernando City, La Union.
I love that feeling of just finishing a workout and knowing I'm taking care of my body. It is such a good feeling. 馃槉
