Kinilaw is what we call this dish. A popular appetizers and good finger food with alcohol drinks. It's made of raw fish fillet that cooked in vinegar not cooked with heat just mix the ingredients with the vinegar. I use tomatoes,onions,salt and kalamansi (looks like a small lime,its a sour juice). Should be prepared and consumed fresh to avoid poisoning.
