Cauliflower a vegetable that we don’t eat very often because of the smell. The taste raw I like with a cheese sauce or just as rice also raw. This time I saw a recipe on television on one of those many cooking programs. There Jamie Oliver made it in the oven. It was very easy and could be done with herbs to your liking. So no need to get the recipe just a fresh cauliflower and your kitchen herb cabinet.

After you bought the cauliflower, you rinse it in the sink. Than it needs to be cooked for 10 minutes in a big pan and with the white part down. I removed some of the green leaves to get it in the pan with cooking water.
After ten minutes it looked glazed. A kind of different white. Than I put it in a oven pan in aluminium foil and I put on the oil with the herbs I wanted. I added sea salt and pepper. Finally o used oil with red pepper because we like a bite.
It now needs to go in the oven for 50 minutes on 200 degrees and when that’s over leave it in the foil for 10 minutes.
Now it’s ready to eat !! And the family loved it. I had potatoes and meat aside.
This is a easy one to be made with different oils and herbs and even with fresh herbs if you don’t like them in bottles dry.
