I found a baby picture of our youngest kitty, Zeus. He was only about a week old when we found him. He opened his eyes for the first time about 24 hours after we took him and his two-week-old siblings in. They were all syringe fed goats milk the first night because that was all we could get until the following day. We weren't sure any of them would make it, but we were particularly unsure about Zeus because he was so small and he wasn't growing like the others were. They took to us very quickly. We tried not to get attached because there was no guarantee they would survive. Sure enough, they did. When we felt more comfortable about their progress, we decided to name them - Zeus, Ezra, Loki, Stella, and Freya. About a month after taking them in, we found two more kittens who were about a month older than our five. We took them in as well. Because they were older, it took them longer to get used to us and adjust to their new environment and siblings, but they did eventually come around. They are almost identical - black and fluffy - named Oscar and Owen. So we now have a total of seven kittens aged 8-9 months old living in our bedroom with us. We might end up making our bedroom in our new house off limits since they will have free run of the rest of the house. lol
