Almost four months ago, I introduced our little feline addition to our cat family, Alaska. He was really so tiny the first time I shared his pictures here. I can't believe that in just four months, he really grew into a much more energetic kittie ฅ•ﻌ•ฅ!
Before, he was almost sleeping for most of the time, but now he’s almost wide awake and chasing something. Fortunately, we didn’t experience the poop problem with him because he immediately learned to do his business outside our house.
Mostly in the mornings, he likes to bask in the sun and play with his shadows. It’s funny watching him get really serious, and even though I tried to distract him, he’s so intent on catching and playing with his shadows.
Even though he evidently grew fast, I think there’s still that little Alaska in him. I often see him cuddling with other cats, especially with Muning, her older sister. It’s like he’s still that cute kitten that Muning had been toying with for the past months. At first, I find that weird because usually the older cats are hostile to the younger ones.
Yet it seems Alaska has this special charm for taming her older cat fellas. It's nice to see that he’s growing better than we expected because in his first months, we really fear that he won’t survived. The cat lice were such a pest to them, especially to the young kittens like him.
They’re one of the reasons why our young felines won’t survive despite the interventions we tried. We tried bathing them, but that didn’t work because every time we clear them of those nasty lice, they still get infested whenever they breastfeed with Chicha.
So, we’re really thankful that Alaska was able to overcome those hard months. Just like how I’ve overcome those grueling months, I’m really proud that he cleared past those. Oh, by the way, there is another addition to our cat family! Not just one, but three cute kitties >v<!!! And finally, the ginger is back! Chappy, after all the miscarriages she experienced, finally gave birth successfully to three cute kittens. We already named them, but that reveal would be for another cat sharing this weekend.
That would be all for now, pet lovers! I wish you’re all doing well with your pets and hope to see you in my next sharing.
