First I have washed the spinach very well and chopped it into small pieces. Now I will add onion, garlic and green chillies. I have taken half a cup of lentils and soaked this dal for about an hour and then I have blended it lightly in a blender. Now I will add salt and turmeric.

Now I have put oil in the stove, that is, soybean oil. When the oil is hot, you have to press it with your hands and save it. Just like how we make bada. I will add it one by one. I will put the griddle of the stove on medium. This is how the bada of spinach will be fried. If you add the Kashmiri red chili, it will give a beautiful color, which is why I have added it. However, you can leave it out if you want.
Mashallah, the bada looks so beautiful. And to eat, Alhamdulillah, once you eat it, you will want to eat it again and again.
Everyone in the house liked it very much. I never thought that spinach would be cooked like this again.
Anyway, it can be made again. We like to eat any tasty food not once but again.
