I changed the portion of AI ETFs and added REITs ETFs for making Free Cash Flow. HBD and VNQ and XLRE will make more Free Cash Dollars and I will buy more HBD by using Dividends from REITs and interest of HBD.
just wanted to share some thoughts on the market today. we saw a little dip in the nasdaq and s&p 500 recently. sandisk had a nice 7 percent bump but broadcom took a hit with that vmware security thing.

등산 갈때 관악산에 들렀다가 내려 올때는 항상 서울대학교로 내려옵니다. 서울대학교 교문은 특이하게 생겼는데요. 샤 모양으로 보이지만 국립서울대 라는 글자의포인트를 따온 것 이라고 합니다. 낮에는전국의 관광버스에 고등학생들이 견학을 마많이 옵니다. 날씨가 심하게 더워서 여러개를 못 찍었네요
