No training, as soon as I finished the job I left for Rome.
I joined my girlfriend to spend a nice weekend between the capital and Florence.
It will be an opportunity to relax, take lots of photos and why not stroll and look at the beauty that these cities offer.
Not a great result today from the point of view of the steps but I consider it a day of transition.
