Bueno chicos vista la rutina espero les guste es una rutina relativamente sencilla,si no podemos realizar algun ejercicio ya sea por falta de fuerza o de equipamiento lo podemos cambiarlo por uno mas sencillo o por alguna variante de algun ejercicio que nos guste,esto fue todo por hoy proximamente mas rutinas y mas post.
Well guys seen the routine I hope you like it is a relatively simple routine, if we can not perform some exercise either by lack of strength or equipment we can change it for a simpler or a variant of an exercise that we like, this was all for today soon more routines and more post.
