Hi guys, this dish right there is called "binangkal" or tough pastry rolled in sesame seeds. It is famous pastry dish in our country and often seen in bakeries and pastry shop here in the Philippines. Luckily some of my friends know how to cook or prepare this dish that's why we made some "binangkal" yesterday.
Binangkal is like round doughnuts that is covered with sesame seeds. It is made of flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, beown sugar, water, oil and sesame seeds. As you can see in the picture you just need to fry the round doughnuts with sesame seeds until it becomes golden brown. You should try it yourself sometimes.
