Without further ado, here is how to make this recipe.
Debo resaltar que esta preparaci贸n la realice con una pieza de filete; porque estaba cocinando para mi solamente. Ustedes lo pueden hacer con mas de una porci贸n; entonces aderezamos el filete con sal y pimienta negra al gusto.
I must emphasize that I made this preparation with one piece of steak; because I was cooking for myself only. You can make it with more than one portion; then we season the steak with salt and black pepper to taste.
1 tomate, 1 cebolla, 4 dientes de ajo.
1 tomato, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves.
Picamos en rodaja tomate & cebolla; tambi茅n picamos 4 dientes de ajo en cuadritos. Reservamos.
Slice tomato & onion; also chop 4 cloves of garlic into cubes. Set aside.
En una olla echamos 2 cucharadas de aceite; sellamos la carne y agregamos salsa inglesa al gusto.
In a pot, pour 2 tablespoons of oil; seal the meat and add Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Seguidamente a帽adimos los ali帽os previamente picados.
Next add the previously chopped seasonings.
Dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por 35 minutos.
Let it simmer for 35 minutes.
