Making a pancake batter using flour, salt , egg, tablespoon of honey and water. If you like to put powder milk, its better too. I didn't use baking powder or yeast. This is my owned version of pancake. It will not stick to your nonestick pan and easy to flip.
You can use this pan cake batter with any kind of filling like making the strawberry, nutella , cheese or even like making fresh lumpia with vegetable. Today, I used honey and please use pure and organic honey to give us health benefits.
