Today is Sunday, everyone at home and I prepared goat meat for our lunch. It's not a plan but when I went to the market I saw fresh butchered goat. I saw the meat so clean and the variety is first class. Instead of buying beef, I changed my mind. It's been a long time cooking goat meat. I surprised my family with our food today. It's far beyond theirind that I would be cooking their ever missed Calderita. I'm so happy that they like it and finished it quickly. It means that they really miss it. Everytime I cooked unexpected recipe, it will surely made their taste and tummy satisfied.
