A special hopia given by my sister who visited our province. When they got home, they bought different kind of hopia. It's a Filipino bread filled with something sweets in different flavor. We can also find it in some groceries and everywhere. But the best hopia is that being sell in a bus station which product are being sold out every day. There are mostly no left over , stocks are new and freshly baked. That's it having the best taste when it is new.
