Greetings food lover friends, I wish you an excellent day, I am happy to share the elaboration of my first Cheesecake which will be my entry for the Qurator's: Hive Top Chef; in previous years I used to eat cheesecake with my friend at least three times a month, a food franchise offered these delicious cakes, which could be accompanied with ice cream or sirop, with the arrival of the pandemic there were changes in the mall and the food place incorporated a new menu, now the cakes are only sold one day a week and in small quantity, also they run out fast.
When I read the topic of the contest I thought it was an excellent opportunity to prepare the cake I like, without wasting time I contacted a pastry friend and she explained to me the simplest recipe she knows, I wrote down the recipe and got down to work.
Saludos amigos amantes de la comida, les deseo un excelente d铆a, me siento feliz de compartir la elaboraci贸n de mi primer Cheesecake que ser谩 mi entrada para el Qurator's: Hive Top Chef; en a帽os anteriores sol铆a comer torta de queso con mi amiga al menos tres veces al mes, una franquicia de comida ofrec铆a estas deliciosas tortas, que se pod铆an acompa帽ar con helado o sirop, con la llegada de la pandemia hubo cambios en el centro comercial y el local de comida incorpor贸 un nuevo men煤, ahora las tortas solo se venden un d铆a a la semana y en poca cantidad, adem谩s se agotan r谩pido.
Al leer el tema del concurso pens茅 que era una excelente oportunidad para preparar la torta que me gusta, sin perder tiempo me comuniqu茅 con una amiga repostera y me explic贸 la receta m谩s sencilla que ella conoce, anotada la receta me puse manos a la obra.

Sugar (250 gr)

PROCEDURE
The preparation of the cake is simple and requires few ingredients, I started by separating the yolk and white of the egg, I also grated the cheese.

La preparaci贸n de la torta es sencilla y requiere pocos ingredientes, inici茅 separando la yema y clara del huevo, tambi茅n rall茅 el queso.
Then I beat the egg whites until stiff peaks are reached, then I added the egg yolks and continued beating to integrate very well.

I baked for forty-five (45) minutes, to check the baking time I inserted a toothpick, when it came out dry I removed the cake, let it cool, then unmolded and added banana jam.
Horne茅 durante cuarenta y cinco (45) minutos, para verificar la cocci贸n introduje un palillo, al salir seco retir茅 la torta, dej茅 enfriar, luego desmold茅 y agregu茅 mermelada de banana.
I love the combination of cheese and banana, they create a flavor with the perfect touch of sweet and salty, the cake was delicious, my little companion was anxious to try it but sleep overcame him, the next day he got up very early for his portion of cake and he loved it.
La combinaci贸n de queso con banana me encanta, crean un sabor con el toque perfecto de dulce y salado, la torta qued贸 deliciosa, mi peque帽o acompa帽ante estaba ansioso por probar pero lo venci贸 el sue帽o, el d铆a siguiente se levant贸 muy temprano por su raci贸n de torta y le encant贸.
