I had the most beautiful experience today. It involves dogs. Dobermans, to be precise, and incredibly well educated ones. Unfortunately, their human had passed away by a heart attack about 10 days ago.

Just stumbled over a message from @lassecashmagi , so I thought I'd check the platform out. I held a little of it in a diesel-pools a while back, and it all disappeared - but not really, it just got

It's been a shit week. It's been a great week, honestly, I've got so much done, made so much progress, solved many problems and had much success. And yet it was a painful one. And today, a good friend

Love selling our bread. It’s easy when you have a conviction of selling something really, really good. High quality. Healthy – for most parts, we do have the coconut buns. But I always tell people that

I'm very tired. I just came back from driving around "comuneros", the indigenous that live in the communities around Mt. Cotacachi. The national reservation "Cotacachi-Cayapas" has

I left the house early today. 3.30am, to be precise. Dropped by the bakery and loaded some more Granola Bars and Chocolate Chip Cookies, and then went to the gathering point. I had an idea of what I've

I LOVE stars. Okay, most people do. Unfortunately, for those of us that don't live in the Australian outback, 500 miles away from the next light source, the necessity of humankind for illumination equals

It's been a long day already. I'm debating whether to go to a concert or just call it a day and chill out. Getting up at 6am on a Saturday isn't that bad - if it wasn't for a long and awesome jamsession

We went to the Intag again, and yes, of course I have a bazillion pictures. And beautiful ones! Nature there is just way too incredible. So, in this post, you get two things - first nice pics. Then an

I must say I was hesitant to go out today. Yesterday was rough, and today wasn't that much better. Still much chaos inside, and a that nerve-wrecking sadness. But I had said I would go, and music always

First a rant. Sorry. Needed that. Everything seems to be crumbling right now. Almost all those exclamation points I relied on are turning into question marks. Not on purpose. Not directly. Through squirming

Do you have a magical place that you always return to? That has a special vibe to it, bringing you peace and clarity for no reason? When you sit down next to it, breath in, and with breathing out you feel

Are VoV cards worth the price? Will I buy them after calculations? Probably - I explain in this post.

Last week was a mixed bag. I think I took the best pictures just randomly, without thinking too much. Just something that I said "Oh, I could take a picture of that" and then did. I come by these

10 day countdown. Then it’s her birthday, and I won’t be able to be there. I’m not sure yet how hard that will hit me, and how I will react, how I will perceive the world, how I will treat my environment.

This will be more of a show-room for Ecuador/Cotacachi, or a very specific part of it. It was Friday when I realized that I hadn't taken many pictures. Not a good start for someone who likes to put out

Inti Raymi! Kind of the biggest party we have here in Ecuador. Especially in the regions that are mainly indigenous. While last year came with quite a bit of rain, this time it's dry and dusty and incredibly

Angest er Frihedens Svimmelhed, en Svimmelhed, der kommer, naar Friheden vil gaae over i sin Mulighed, og idet den da seer ned i sit eget Svælg, saa styrter den. Absolutely correct, who didn’t know that!

It’s father’s day here in Ecuador. The first time in 5 years that I spend it without my daughter. Generally, we don’t do anything special for it, as it always falls close to my birthday and that’s more
