I actually made an entry for this word in the Urban Dictionary.
I had some leftover grilled chicken that I had marinated in a dry rub for a few days, and a container of leftover angel hair spaghetti so I sauteed a piece of Vidalia onion that was begging to be finished off and the rest half of a sweet light green pepper and then mixed it all together.
Gobbalunks! a quicky meal and a frugal way to use up bits of things left around.
