Gobbalunks
I actually made an entry for this word in the Urban Dictionary.
- tasty CHUNKS of LUMPY old food handy for GOBBLING a quick meal
- busy Moms favorite quickie
- scraps but still too good for the dog
- tasty chunks of leftover food, so good you just gobble it up!
I had some leftover grilled chicken that I had marinated in a dry rub for a few days, and a container of leftover angel hair spaghetti so I sauteed a piece of Vidalia onion that was begging to be finished off and the rest half of a sweet light green pepper and then mixed it all together.
Gobbalunks! a quicky meal and a frugal way to use up bits of things left around.
