We all need it!

Getting into this topic can span very wide and be very technical. Below is a general introduction that includes enough information to get started on your own. If you need more help it is a great idea to reach out to trained professionals/doctors for their services.

This is going to be a shitty read, really shitty! The intestines inside of our GI (Gastrointestinal) tracts are vital to our lives. Being able to digest food and excrete toxic waste are how our bodies are designed, bodies that have any vitality that is. Many people in the health community consider the gut to be the second brain, and in some cases it is even thought of as the first! I’ll briefly explain the brain-gut connection at points as you read on. There are two main reasons why it is essential for every living person to do a GI cleanse once a year. First, a very important point to be made…

It is wise for anyone that is not in fairly good health (works out regularly and has eaten a fairly healthy diet for a few years, and is disease free) to do a month or two of liver and kidney support products before doing a cleanse. These organs will get over worked if they’re not prepared to handle a cleanse. It will do more harm than good if this is not followed. It is best to work with a trained professional when supporting organs with supplements.

Reason #1 for a Cleanse – Constipation

original.jpg

We are all full of shit. It’s not only a figure of speech to describe an ignorant person. It is actually true for us physically. Our intestines can contain up to 20 pounds or even more of feces that may cause a host of health problems, to name a few…

  • Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS)
  • Excessive Flatulence (Gas)
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Skin Conditions
  • Insomnia
  • Poor Nutrient Absorption
  • Weight Gain
  • Bad Body Odor
  • Prime Host for Parasites/Fungi
  • Mood Swings
  • Brain Fog
  • Intestinal Cancer

There are billions of people that have one or more of these symptoms. Many of these people are not hard to notice if you’re paying attention. Toxic crap can be stored in the intestines for many years. A teacher of mine told a story about getting a colonoscopy, which is the lazy, fast way out of doing the real work that will lead to change. A colonoscopy can be beneficial depending how committed ones doctor is to their patients health after the procedure is done, in all fairness. My teacher noticed that a few pieces of pop corn had passed through the tube. Someone had asked her when the last time she had pop corn was and her response was “over a decade ago, at least”. Waste can hang around for years! Toxic build up of feces in our intestines is something to take action against if optimal health and vitality is desired. The worse that ones diet is, processed foods, sugars, starches, damaged fats, pasteurized dairy proteins, anti biotic use (at any point in life), most medications and low quality supplements, and being dehydrated will make it worse. A lot of people that appear healthy and attractive on the outside have this problem as well. Even the healthiest of eaters still have build up that needs cleaning.

Reason #2 for a Cleanse – Parasites and Fungus

Parasites

A parasite as defined by Merriam-Webster dictionary..

“a living thing (as a flea, worm, or fungus) that lives in or on another living thing and gets food and sometimes shelter from it and usually causes harm to it.”

Here is a small example of what one may look like. Pictured here is the Ascaris Worm Parasite. Yes, those are in people and can come out!

ascaris-worm-parasite.jpg

The vast majority of people have some form of parasites in their bodies. They are attracted in many ways. Bad sanitation (even good sanitation wont kill them all), foods that have not been handled well, eating animals that had them, your pets licking your mouth, eating to many sugars and starches, kissing and/or other sexual encounters with the wrong people are a few. Ex: A man sticking his finger in a woman’s vagina without proper hygiene. As a teacher of mine, Paul Chek says in his dvd series Healing Fungal and Parasite infections: The Absolute Essentials “If a woman isn’t paying attention to the men who are entering them, then they can enjoy their new friends”, referring to the bugs. Women need to be more conscious about this to avoid being easily infected. Men should be alert as well. Parasites are also able to manipulate your eating decisions and literally choose your snacks for you. They strive on sugar! In those instances they are acting like your first brain, literally sending your brain the signal. My goal is to bring awareness to these cause and effects, not to scare anyone. They can be treated and the less you feed them, the more successful you will be.

Fungus

A fungus as defined by Merriam-Webster dictionary..

“any member of the kingdom of living things (as mushrooms, molds, and rusts) that have no chlorophyll, must live in or on plants, animals, or decaying material”

Here is an example of how fungus may look on a human body. More common than most think.

Tinea-Versicolor.jpg

We are made of bacteria and fungi so you shouldn’t be to scared. It should be a goal to have the beneficial fungi and getting rid of the life draining fungi. Fungal infections are very common as are parasites, and it is very common to have both, especially for constipated people. Some symptoms of fungal infections are…

  • Acne/Eczema
  • Skin Blemishes
  • Cravings for Sugar
  • Anal, Vaginal, Jock Itching
  • Urinary Tract Infections
  • Yeast Infections
  • Bad Body Order, Bad Breath
  • Bloating, Malabsorption
  • Many Other Symptoms

In Doug A. Kaufmann’s 3 volume book series “The Fungus Link” he shows many examples with evidence that almost any and all diseases or health ailments may be caused by a fungal infection. Including even the biggest killers of our time such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. The ways to attract malicious fungi into our lives are actually the same ways in which were previously listed for parasites. They may be airborne as well.

How to Begin Taking Your Body Back

After the liver and kidney support is complete, if it is needed, it’s time to move onto a cleanse. I’ll list my experience and what I have done for best results. I will also list some other products that may be used. There are others out there that I will not be listing that may be of service as well. What I list may sound very intense and like a huge commitment, don’t be afraid of that. Be excited about what it will do to your life. It’s impossible to be healthy without a healthy gut function and the freedom from being eaten alive by parasites and fungi. Remember this, Parasites and Fungi are part of natures clean up crew. They survive off of decaying life forms. If you have them then they are a great teacher for you to make corrections to your current life. You will rid them with the right intentions and attack.

My Yearly Cleanse

I choose to do a 60 day cleanse from allnaturalcleanse.com every year. The cleanse is great quality and has a host of anti fungal/parasitic herbs in it. It is simple and best to follow their directions for the duration of the cleanse. It takes 60 days to fully kill parasites from your body, you may kill one today and be well for a week or two, once their eggs hatch the fun will start all over again. It’s important that 60 days is done. This cleanse pushes so much poop out of me when I do it. I already have regular bowel movements and I still get plenty of benefit from this cleanse so those struggling with constipation will see results. I’ve also noticed things like eczema and dry scalp going away after the cleanse. It’s very minimal labor, capsules in the morning with water, powder following that with water, and then a tea right before bed at night. Doing the cleanse alone will bring great benefits, I add much more benefit to it with the following diet modifications..

  • No Starchy Vegetables (Carrots and Occasional Beets are Only Exception) (Can Google for List of Non Starchy Vegetables)
  • No Sugar for 60 Days
  • No Fruit for 60 Days
  • Highest Quality Foods Only, Non GMO, Organically Grown, Properly Fed and Raised Animals
  • No Grains for 60 Days* Minimum of 64oz of Water Daily, Spaced Out Through Day
  • Take a Probiotic for 60 Days, Best for 6 Months

The probiotic is important. The cleanse product will remove some beneficial bacteria from the gut as well as the bad ones. It’s important to replace them because they are our friends. 70-80 percent of our immune system is located in our digestive tract. The gut also acts as our second brain in many ways as well. This can be read about in a great book by Michael Gershon, M.D. named “The Second Brain: A Ground Breaking New Understanding of Nervous Disorders of the Stomach and Intestine” Cleaning it and taking care of it for life is vital. The diet part of the cleanse takes the program to the next level. It may seem impossible to make all of those changes, don’t rush it. Choose the easiest ones to remove first and slowly work at cutting them all out one by one. Even reducing them is still a benefit, although in some cases it may only be possible to heal if it is followed fully. Remember that sugar and starches are the favorite foods of the bad bugs, and yes that includes fruit sugar. The Anti Fungal Diet in Doug A. Kaufmann’s book series is excellent to follow for the cleanse, and for life. If you choose to go these routes and have questions or concerns please feel free to contact me about it.

Body building pioneer Eugene Sandow once stated “Life is Movement. Once you stop moving, you’re dead. Choose life.” Keep flow inside of those intestines! Wish you all the best and am confident that action will be taken. It’s a huge step towards more vitality.

Awareness and vitality,

Barbero
